Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is standing up against liberal bullies after they demanded she remove her children’s chalk cross drawing from their driveway.
Sanders told Americans United that she would not be destroying the large stain-glass cross artwork her children created at the Governor’s Mansion.
The leftwing group said the chalk drawing violated the U.S. Constitution by promoting one religion over another. They demanded that she erase the chalk artwork.
But Sanders refused, saying that her answer was “no.” She added that she will never hide that she is a Christian and rejected the idea that her three kids must hide crucial parts of their identities from the public eye. She said, “We don’t live our lives in fear of strongly worded letters coming down from Washington.”
