A bomb threat at the G3 National Conference in Atlanta stopped the screening of John MacArthur’s documentary, ‘The Essential Church.”
The film, made by Grace Productions, recounts the story of three pastors, including MacArthur, who refused to close down their churches during Covid-19 lockdowns.
The film was set to be shown Friday night, when a man got on stage and claimed that there was a bomb in the building, forcing attendees to evacuate. Fortunately, no one was hurt, and the man was turned over to the police.
Pastor Carl Hargrove posted on X that many attendees gathered together, worshipping God, as they waited for the building to be cleared of the threat.
