After releasing a shocking video statement last week, the DOJ has now unsealed an indictment against Biden whistleblower Gal Luft.
Luft, an advisor to the now-defunct Chinese energy company CEFC during the same time when Hunter Biden worked for the company, faces a number of charges, including illegally lobbying for China, arms trafficking, violating sanctions, and making false statements to federal agents.
He claims the DOJ is targeting him for sharing evidence with the FBI of a bribery scheme between the company and the Biden Family.
The DOJ alleges Luft conspired to advance the interests of the Chinese Government within the U.S. without registering as foreign agent. He is also accused of trying to broker an illegal arms deal with Chinese individuals.
In addition, the Justice Department says Luft violated U.S. sanctions by trying to broker deals for Iranian oil. Luft faces up to 100 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
