China’s influence over the world continues to expand, whether or not the world is aware of it. We here at FISM News have been covering more of China’s overt controlling efforts, such as their crackdown on democratic Hong Kong and their increasing threatening behavior towards Taiwan.
However, China is reportedly working under the radar to extend the communist party’s oppressive control over multiple countries. Through their global infrastructure plan known as the Belt and Road Initiative, China wants to invest in the infrastructure of other nations worldwide. However, according to Frank Gaffney of the Committee on the Present Danger: China, the Communist-controlled nation is aiming to captivate and effectively “enslave” these nations through debt from these projects.
