House Democrats Propose Adding Seats to the Supreme Court

This week Congressional Democrats are introducing legislation to expand the U.S. Supreme Court by four justices to break up the conservative majority on the court.  As expected, the idea has been harshly rejected by Republicans who say it will destroy the credibility of the Supreme Court.
