House Republicans on Thursday held their first impeachment inquiry hearing into President Joe Biden. Republicans accuse Biden and his family of creating a “culture of corruption” through influence peddling.
Unsurprisingly, the hearing was divided along party lines from the start.
Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) highlighted new evidence released by the House Ways and Means Committee Wednesday. But Democrats like Ranking Member Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) tried to portray the inquiry as nothing more than a political show.
