Humanitarian organization sends Bibles to North Korea

A humanitarian organization is sending Bibles into North Korea, one of the worst persecutors of Christians.

The World Help Organization provides food and Bibles to countries where Christians are usually persecuted. They’ve been active in North Korea for 17 years now.

Founder Vernon Brewer explained their ministry in the country in a recent interview.

North Korea lost its ranking to the Taliban in 2022, but that doesn’t mean the treatment of Christians has improved.

The life expectancy in North Korean labor camps is around 3 years, making the penalty a death sentence for Christians. But World Help believes that lives and countries cannot be transformed without faith in God’s word.

In over 30 years, they have provided 10 million Bibles to their partners in multiple countries. This has been key support to around 100,000 house churches during that time.
