Israel reportedly planning strikes on Iranian nuclear sites

A leaked report suggests Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is planning a coordinated Israeli attack on Iranian nuclear facilities.

According to this leaked report, Netanyahu held five meetings with officials in his government and the head of Mossad to discuss a possible attack.

Brigadier General Amir Avivi, the founder and chairman of the Israeli Defense Security Forum, said “Israel is readying its credible military option” amid “continued unhindered progress of the Iranian military nuclear program.”

Recently, the International Atomic Energy Agency announced it was visiting Iran in the coming days. The visit is in response to a Bloomberg report that said Iran had uranium enriched to 84% purity.

Iran continues to say that they have not exceeded 60% purity. Although it has consistently overstepped the bounds of its 2015 nuclear deal since the U.S. withdrew from the pact.
