LIV Golf’s Koepka wins PGA Championship

Brooks Koepka clinched his fifth major win in the PGA Championship that seemed unlikely when he joined LIV Golf last year.

Koepka’s two-shot victory in the championship was proof that he is still a force to be reckoned with in the PGA.

The golfer endured a two-year injury during which he underwent multiple knee surgeries, which partly led to his decision to join LIV Golf. In addition, at last month’s Masters, Koepka ended up losing a two-shot lead in the final round.

Koepka’s latest triumph makes him the 20th golfer ever to record five major wins. If he is able to win a couple more, he could find himself among golf legends like Arnold Palmer and Harry Vardon.
