New docs emerge in GOP Hunter Biden investigation

Evidence concerning Hunter Biden’s shady overseas business dealings continues to mount. Tuesday, the House Oversight Committee released a document showing a WhatsApp message between Hunter Biden and the Chinese-government-linked energy company CEFC.

As reported by the Post Millennial, Hunter sent a message to CEFC associate Gongwen Dong in 2017. The message seems to show Hunter insisting on a $5 million payment . Hunter even suggests the Biden family has an ongoing “partnership” with the company’s chairman.

The next day, CEFC sent $100,000 to one of Hunter’s companies. The news comes as last week the Oversight Committee revealed a separate message in which Hunter threatened a CEFC businessman with retaliation from Joe Biden if he didn’t comply with his demands.

Hunter’s attorney has since authenticated that text message but denied Joe Biden’s involvement. According to Breitbart, Hunter Biden-linked bank accounts received over $5 million in Chinese payments following that message. Meanwhile, House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-Ky.) says more evidence is on the way.
