Professor at Old Dominion University shamefully defends pedophelia

FISM News has reported on numerous stories on the growing tide of the sexual revolution over the past year. A common disturbing theme in many of these developments is that the target for the revolutionaries is innocent children. While often this attack it is done more subtly, occasionally, as with a development that broke last week out of Old Dominion University, the attack is overt, direct, and shameless.

Allyn Walker is an assistant professor at Old Dominion who specializes in “resilience to offending, mental health, court systems, [and] queer criminology.” She is attempting to “normalize” pedophilia by rebranding those who prey on the young as “minor-attracted persons.” Walker identifies as “non-binary” and stands out as a vocal proponent for the LGBTQ movement at the university.

Last week, Walker took to Twitter to defend a book the professor had recently written and published this summer titled “A Long Dark Shadow: Minor Attracted People and Their Pursuit of Dignity.” According to the book’s publishers at University of California Press, the purpose of the book is as follows:

Challenging widespread assumptions that persons who are preferentially attracted to minors—often referred to as “pedophiles”—are necessarily also predators and sex offenders, this book takes readers into the lives of non-offending minor-attracted persons (MAPs).

Walker defended the term “minor-attracted persons” on Twitter in a video released last week, saying that the term “MAP” should be used for minor-attracted persons because it is “less stigmatizing than ‘pedophile.'”

This must be seen for what it is – a direct attack against children, specifically those who have suffered unspeakable harm at the hands of pedophiles. This person and others like her are attempting to normalize and even praise a profane and utterly debased sexual perversion by rebranding it to make it more palatable.

As the LGBTQ revolution rages through the nation, Christians must continually pray against this depravity. Additionally, we must be ready to stand and fight on behalf of those precious little ones who cannot defend themselves, remembering God’s wonderfully protective love for them.

See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.  – Matthew 18:10
