Trans-allies vote against Colorado bill protecting children from indecent exposure

Colorado Democrats voted to give drag queens a right to expose themselves over protecting children this week.

The bill in question reclassifies indecent exposure to a child under 15 years as a class 6 felony. Yet 27 Democrats led by State Representative Leslie Herod voted against it.

Meanwhile, Representative Lorena Garcia, said her no vote is really a “vote to protect children and stop the cycle that creates more victims.”

The bill was introduced by Democrats in both the House and Senate. It still passed but with amendments that weaken protections.

In similar news, a biological male identifying as a woman was cleared of three indecent exposure charges. Darren Glines, who has not undergone any surgeries, used the women’s locker room at a YMCA on three different occasions. One of these was in front of underage females. But the Ohio Court found him not guilty.
