Apple leaders announced recently that they welcome everyone in their prestigious business camp unless the applicants are white or Asian men.
The company’s entrepreneur camp says that while apps should be made for everyone and by everyone, Apple is now picking individuals from “underrepresented communities.” The one-on-one technology workshop is now designed specifically for developers who are “female, Black, Hispanic/Latinx, or Indigenous.”
The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh reports that the exclusion of white people from big corporations has been going on since 2020. Best Buy, NASCAR and Apple have all participated in selecting preferred ethnicities. Bloomberg also reported last year that only 6% of its new employees were white.
