Biden leads Trump in Fox poll for first time in months

It looks like former President Donald Trump shouldn’t get too comfortable with his polling lead just yet.

The latest national poll from Fox News shows Biden leading Trump 50 to 48 – the first time Biden’s been ahead in the Fox poll since October. The poll is still well within the margin of error, but Fox says it’s the most support Biden’s seen this election cycle. But that doesn’t mean Biden’s in a good place overall.

Biden continues to bleed support from key demographics. For example, a New York Times analysis shows Biden’s lead among women has dropped by 5% since 2020, falling to roughly an 8% advantage.

Looking more broadly, the Real Clear Politics polling average shows Biden and Trump running dead even nationally, with Trump holding a small lead in every battleground state.
