California sees ‘largest synchronized baptism in history’

On Sunday, more than 12,000 people were baptized across the state of California in what the ministry Baptize California is calling the “largest synchronized baptism in history.”

The event took place on Pentecost Sunday – when Christians around the world commemorate the first outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Singer Sean Fuecht held a two-day worship event at Huntington Beach as a part of the baptism weekend.

“God moving is in California, a state that people think is too far gone … But yet God always has a response, and his response is revival,” Fuecht said.
