The ministry is one of a kind. I was wondering if it would be possible to have his voice saying something after or before a program on radio aw part of the legacy. On his radio we hear President Reagan for example. Just a thought. Blessings and prayers.

I started listening to Dan three years ago but I knew nothing about the market or how to save money. I thought you had to have a lot of money to be an investor in the stock market but Dan made saving money easy even if you don’t have much to start with.
I m now able to save on a regular schedule. I think God for Dan and for giving him great financial wisdom and understanding how to help people who don’t have a lot of money. I miss hearing his voice very much on my radio and I miss eagerly waiting for the wisdom that he received from the Lord Jesus. May God bless Dan’s family always for sharing him with the rest of us.

I only discovered Dan about a year and a half ago when his program came to the Shepherd Radio Network station that opened in Orlando. I began listening most every day and have been greatly blessed and educated. Hearing about his conference in the Woodlands last summer, I was able to recommend it to my relative in ministry nearby that area, and he attended. Dan is greatly missed, but what a testimony his life was, and God will continue to use the good work that Dan began, because it belongs to the Lord, not Dan.

Even though I never met Mr. Dan in person, I considered him a mentor and role model for me. He was always so helpful with my financial questions and with helping me get started in investing. With that being said, I am missing his teaching on biblical truths more than anything. In this world in which we live with so many distractions, Dan stayed rooted and grounded in the Word of God and having his voice reminding me each morning during hectic work days to remain steadfast and to repent before God each day was a great encouragement and accountability for me. I strive to be a man that stands for God’s Word and a doer of His Word like Dan is. He inspired me more than I can put into words. I look forward to meeting him in glory someday.

For many years my husband listened to Dan he studied his financial strategy , he would come home and tell me about this Dan Celia and how wonderful he was at financial issues and how he vetted his companies he invested in and about Samaritans Ministry. Our insurance had gotten so outrageous and my husband kept saying Dan says this is a Christian medical sharing program we should switch too. I refused to commit for several years but finally gave in to the idea. I was so afraid of not being INSURED . It was very scary for two people In Their 50s but I submitted to my husbands request. We switch in December of 2020 and on September 19 my husband had an airplane accident that almost killed him. When we left the hospital I didn’t know how we could ever pay our hospital bills and knew nothing about the process of Samaritans. They were amazing Dan was right it’s a ministry in itself they paid all the bills and most every check had a prayer for our family along with it. Which we coveted !!!! I tell this story to say one of our shares ( checks )was from Dan and his wife). I Thought how amazing is this , the man who vetted this company also Trusted them enough to use them as well. We will miss his wisdom and Godly counsel as I’m sure many will.
Thank you for being the light

When I first heard Dan speak on finances, I felt that he had Biblical wisdom and understanding of the financial world. After viewing Dan’s legacy, I understand why he was so blessed; because he lived his life as Gal 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” God bless the Family and Financial Issues.

This is such an amazing tribute to the life of a truly Godly man. Dan was such a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and understanding no matter the subject. Obviously, most of us at first were drawn to FISM for Godly financial advice. Little did we know at that time what an awesome, sold out for Jesus mentor, leader, teacher and minister of God’s word he would become to us.
Each time Roxann & I met Dan at town halls, we were amazed at how approachable, humble and available he made himself to the audience.
The quality and production of this tribute is just one more testament to the life and legacy Dan leaves. The wonderful people Dan surrounded himself with at FISM is incredible.
May God continue to bless the Celia family & FISM.

I listened to Dan almost exclusively on radio during drive times. From the beginning, I was impressed by Dan’s love of God and his financial insights and knowledge. With Dan’s passing, it felt like I had lost a family member. It was clear that he truly cared about others and wanted to help them in honoring God with their finances. I had wanted to tell Dan, that if my finances (guided by his recommendations) ever took a turn for the worse, it was OK, since his plans were honoring God. He fought the good fight and ran the race well to completion. May God and our Lord Jesus Christ continue to bless his family and FISM

I still can’t forget Dan’s personal out reach to me many years ago when I had a question about how to invest insurance settlement monies – Pat had Dan call me – what a shock that he would take the time to do that. He truely was a financial spiritual blessing to us all – I know that he was greeted with “well done good and faithful servant”.

Dan Celia disappointed me the first time I listened to him. I had never heard anyone who seemed to up on his financial and Bible information as well as he combined them. I was excited about finding him on American Family Radio. He kept me on the edge of my seat.

NOW for the thing that disappointed me. About half way through his program, he called of his phone number and he was speaking so rapidly that I could not get the number. A bit later in his program he gave the number again which caught me off guard and I still could not get all the numbers. On the next program I listened with pin in hand and could catch a couple numbers each time he gave it throughout his program.

I heard him talking about gift annuities to AFA and I called him and talked about giving $100,000. He told me in a private phone conversation later that he would personally fly to my state and come to my home and pick it up if I decided to go through with the giving.

I mourned his passing. He will be sorely missed by thousands of people that he has mentored in Bible / Finances. RLS

Thank you for taking the time to put together the video of Dan’s life. What a wonderful testimony of a transformed life, turning to Jesus, and having a huge impact on the Kingdom. The team Dan put together for his ministry to the Lord seems more than equipped to move forward. It is equipped to grow and multiply exponentially the way an apple seed does. When a huge tree like Dan falls to the ground, all those who sheltered under the shade of his leadership, are now basking in the full sun (Son), and will grow rapidly with the Lord’s full purpose from this point forward. May the great work continue in full fervency, in the mighty name of Jesus. Glory, and honor, and praise to Him who sits on the throne.

This is a beautiful tribute to a beautiful man. I keep a radio on in my kitchen throughout each day, always tuned to the CSN station. I am fed by the programs and the incredible speakers that I hear on this station. But there is no doubt that the Financial Issues program with Dan Celia has become one of my favorite programs. Literally every evening at 9pm west coast time, I stop what I am doing to listen to his his God-honoring words of wisdom. From the very first time I heard him, I noticed something so genuine and pure in his voice and his words, that it drew my attention. And as I listened, I was heartened and inspired by his unique approach to Godly investing. It takes a truly brave and faithful man to stand for Biblically responsible investing in today’s world! I so admire him for pursuing his God-given mission, in spite of the intense criticism that I know he faced. He was both a servant and a warrior. I do and will miss that brave and inspiring voice in my kitchen each and every evening. But I am motivated to know that the ministry that Dan started will continue on, motivating others like it has me. What an incredible legacy Dan has left for this world! God bless His ministry and his family.

I think I listened to Dan for about 11 years or so. I was a rural mail carrier and listened to his program everyday I was delivering mail. I knew nothing about investing , but I learned so much from him. He was my mentor both in investing and spiritual growth. I had never thought of the concept of Biblically Investing before I started listening to him. I started to invest as he recommended and now at this time we have all of our investments that way. I feel confident to continue with what I learned from him.
I got to meet Dan at a town hall and was doubly blessed and honored . He spoke the truth. A real man of God. Thanks for this wonderful tribute. May God continue to bless FISM and his family and Shana.

All the comments listeners have made are so true of Dan. I never met Dan but am a partner and listener for several years. I felt so close to Dan through his teaching and devotion to the Lord. Dan gave me great peace and advise in my finances and investing using his centerpiece of investing; biblically invest because “ it’s all His”. Just listening to Dan made it seem like everything will be alright if you are right with God. This cornerstone of his teaching made me feel as though he was my mentor, brother, father, all in one. Now I realize it was really Jesus speaking to me through Dan. I know I am blessed by being a member of the FISM family. It’s not a community,,,,it’s a family. Thanks to the great staff of FISM, Dan’s legacy will live on.

Dan turned my whole thought life around as it pertained to my investments. After reading Dan’s book, The Fear of Money” I decided to test it. I was surprised on Dan’s influence on me as well as the Holy Spirit as it affected my money and investments. After becoming a partner, I never looked back. It has more than amply rewarded us in giving to the Lord’s work and sharing His goodness with others. It only took us a few weeks to become totally Biblically responsible. Now, all the we do is done through the prism of God’s view, thanks to Dan. We’ve never regretted doing as Dan instructed. We miss him dearly as our financial guru. Dan’s family is in our prayers

After the 2008 stock market/ real estate crash, I waited for a long time to get back into the market. It was Dan who gave me the courage to invest again. He often said, you will get to the point in your life when all you care about with your finances is income. He was right. I am glad I took Dan’s words to heart by investing in companies who pay attractive dividends. The Bible says those who sow sparingly, reap sparingly, and those who sow abundantly, reap abundantly. Dan sowed abundantly. I am confident his work for Jesus Christ will continue to produce an abundant harvest.

Thank you for creating this beautiful tribute to Dan’s life and legacy. I found Dan about 2014 and have greatly appreciated not only his financial advice but his leadership as a follower of Christ and a servant. He was such a great example of a servant’s heart. I know he prayed to be as the son of Issachar but I saw him also as a David – a man of integrity after God’s own heart. I pray that the LORD will now fertilize the seeds Dan has planted and raise up many sons of Issachar. None will ever be able to replace Dan but many will be able to carry on his hope. Dan will remain in our hearts a brother and mentor in the service of our Lord Jesus Christ and we are so thankful for that. I have been a partner for 12 years. I have never had anyone that I trusted more than Dan, for one simple reason. He let Jesus run his life. Dan and I were probably in Viet Nam about the same time, so I always felt that connection with him. I was not a Christian then, but God used that experience to grab my attention. He has been a brother to me and will be sorely missed. I have found myself ranting about the same issues that he did, but he does a much better job at articulating the message. That I will really miss. We know where he is, and we will see him again later. I am looking forward to many more years of FISM, and will continue to pray for the ministry and everyone involved. I started listening to AFR 11 years ago. Shortly after I found Dan’s program.. Dan has given me the courage to handle my own stock accounts and through his rants, and I say that lovingly. l felt called to run for office. I lost by only 315 votes against a 10 year incumbent and surprised everyone. I felt compelled to run by Dan’s leading and it’s an experience I will never forget. . I loved Dan’s heart and hearing him talk about his love for Jesus. The video was very touching and seeing how his horse loves him made me cry even more. It’s been hard for me so I can’t even image the loss his family is feeling.. I’m sure he fought hard as he always told us he wanted to do, go down fighting with a sword in his hand. I too hope to go down with a sword in my hand. To God be the glory for Dan’s strong example of stewardship with his faith, family and his finances. Tho I miss him greatly, one day we shall meet again like we did at a town meeting.. Dan has received his reward and is totally healed seated in glory with the Savior. Please try to keep his voice somewhere in the program.

Dan made a real impact in my life from the minute I found his program when I moved to the USA in 2007. Nobody had ever taught me about finances, how to invest and be biblically responsible. It was all new to me. Met him twice at town hall meetings here in The Woodlands, TX, and Dan also led me to participate to Pre-Born. I love that ministry.
My heart broke when I heard the news as I thought about his family and the ministry. But God, He is not surprised, He is not afraid, and His name will be forever magnified.

I found 91.3 American Family Radio three years ago and I have been listening to him since then.
I miss him so much.
I miss his passion for the Lord.
I miss his love for God, His people, and His world.
I heard his unmoving, unchanging allegiance to God. It was incredible.
He challenged me to give even more generously, freely, and boldly,

When I heard he was not well and was in the hospital….I prayed, and prayed and prayed.
When I heard he went to our Heavenly Father……my heart dropped and grieved. Yes, I grieved and grieving. Yes, I know where he is…but I was sad. Immediately, I prayed for his wife, family, and the listeners.
Dan Celia was a great man. His financial advises made impact to many and saved numerous people financial freedom, but his passion, life, and ministry saved so many people from eternal darkness, death, and separation from God. I am sure he met some of them there already and will meet so many more.
I am so grateful that I have known him (though through radio), and heard his unswerving passion for God.

Thank you for this wonderful video of Dan and his ministry. I have no words for how much Dan influenced me and my family and friends. From the biblically responsible investing, to the way he treated people. Dan made me fill like I was part of his family. I miss him so much. I am just a farmer, but I pray that God will use me and the gifts,( though small and few), to leave an impact in this world for God.
My wife, children ,friends, and employees, found it odd and funny that I always wore headphones will I’m working. Everyone learned not to interrupt Dan. lol. I love all of you, because of Dan. When I would listen to Dan I felt like he was talking straight to me. It’s like me and him were just having a conversation. I pray that the ministry will stay strong and keep fighting. God bless, and thank you to Dan’s wife and family for sharing him and his tim with us. May God bless you all.

Listening to Dan is where I finally understood that it all belongs to God. King David said in I Chronicles 29:14 “Everything we have has come from you, and we give you only what you first gave us”! I’m thankful that Dan taught us the truth.

What a great job the FISM team did with this tribute! Thank you for honoring Dan and his family so well. I have learned so much from Dan over the 6 years that I listened to him. It was moving to get to see a glimpse of his personal life and relationships with those that he loved. Thank you again for taking the time to put that together for all of us!

I have so appreciated Dan’s heart for serving our Lord. What a wonderful ministry God used him to build and in His timing moved in Dan’s life to touch millions of us to use God’s money to further His kingdom. We owe Dan and his family a huge debt of gratitude for giving of themselves for God’s glory. Praying for you and the FISM team.

Mighty warrior for God was he and a true son of Issachar. I would consider it a great honor to serve under his squadron in that great gathering of God’s army. Until then my brother ..

Dan changed my life! And I miss listening to his voice on the radio so much! I became familiar with Dan’s teaching three years ago and after listening to him for a couple months I sold everything and started following his guidance to only invest in companies that are Biblically responsible. I was blessed to talk with him and get his advice several times. And because of Dan I am passing on a legacy of Biblical investing to my teenage son. I loved listening to his Righteous rants filled with wisdom and insight! I have never cried at the loss of a radio personality until losing Dan. But he was so much more. I remember thinking how patient he was with people, over and over sharing advice and wisdom to help them. I miss you Dan! Thank you so much for your faithful service to so many!!!

I found Financial Issues on the radio about 4 years ago on my commute to work and it did not take long to know I could trust Dan Celia with the financial wisdom God was giving him. I do praise God for Dan and Yvonne Celia and their ministry. Listening and applying the concepts over the last 4 years has changed the way I view my finances and my giving. Dan’s work and his calling has made me rethink what a blessing each day is and what a bigger blessing to allow God to surrender to His authority to use in His Kingdom as He sees fit. Thank you Dan Celia! God bless your family and the ministry moving forward.

Been a partner since 2012 and didn’t start investing until 2017 . I’ve learned SO MUCH from Dan and miss him so and can’t wait to see him one day!! I finally got up enough nerve to call into the show about 3 months before he became ill. Everyone is right when they say he made you feel like a part of him. I also contacted him in 2021 about a possible town hall here in Lubbock Texas. He emailed me back saying that’s a great idea and how much he loved the people here in west Texas. I’m praying for you Shana! Those are some big shoes to fill but you’re doing a great job!! Love you all and God bless each of you at FISM!!

Dan was the Best Friend I ever had, I never met him but he talked to me every day. I truly, truly miss him. As far as investments go and understanding them, he was wonderfully, I never knew about Biblical investing before listening to Dan.

I feel that even though I only met him once he was a friend. I think that comes from listening to him so much and how he lovingly helped everyone gain in wisdom regarding the stewardship of what God has given us. I miss him so much. Praying for Yvonne and family to be comforted by the Lord. I know they miss him more than any of us.

“BUT DAN!” He gave it is all, everyday to bring others to Christ. Please keep his going out over the air waves. We pray daily strength ands wisdom for Yvonne, the entire Celia family , Shanna Burt and The whole FISM family, God Bless!

I began listening to Dan 5 or 6 years ago while driving through my sales territory in North Carolina on AFR. His insight, and financial information, and his dedication to wisdom given him by the Holy Spirit was always ever so clear and comforting in his voice over the radio. I never met Dan and always wished that I could have. I personally miss hearing his wisdom. I know that his family especially miss him. The comforting thing about Dan passing is that we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is in Heaven with Jesus and still working and praying on our behalf at His Right Hand. I thank Dan for what he shared with us all. He truly is a son of Issichar!!
