Democrats roll out $100 million abortion rights campaign

Democrats are launching a $100 million abortion campaign for the November elections.

The Washington Examiner reports that the House Majority PAC’s Reproductive Freedom Accountability Fund will go toward swing states, and it will also target states that don’t have competitive senate or presidential races such as Oregon, New York, California, Washington, and Virginia.

This is how the Democrats want to ensure a Democrat majority in Congress. The Congressional Leadership Fund which supports Republicans reacted to the announcement by saying this is the Democrats’ “sole strategy” given their low approval ratings.

Dan Conston, president of the organization, advised Republican candidates to “clearly and empathetically communicate this is a state issue and settled law.”

A spokesperson for the liberal PAC says that abortion has garnered support in both deep red and blue states, giving them hope for November.
