FBI Director warns Chinese hackers are targeting US infrastructure

Chilling words are coming from the FBI. Yesterday, Director Chris Wray warned Congress of the immense threat that Chinese hackers pose to American infrastructure.

Wray spoke the same day U.S. officials announced they had disrupted a massive Chinese spying operation. Wray says if left unchecked, China could wreak havoc on American communities.

Wray has repeatedly accused China of trying to undermine the U.S. through spying campaigns, intellectual property theft, and cyberattacks. China, meanwhile, rejects those accusations as “disinformation.”
