Four people killed in Georgia school shooting

by ian

Four people were killed and nine injured during a school shooting yesterday in the town of Winder, Georgia.

Two of the victims were students and two were teachers. Police say a 14-year-old suspect is now in custody.

The shooter was armed with an AR-style rifle. The FBI has since acknowledged they received several tips about the shooter last year because he was making threatening posts online. But no arrest was made because they lacked probable cause.

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp offered his condolences, saying he was heartbroken by the incident.
