Mauritius Arrests Captain Of Stricken Japanese Oil Tanker

A Japanese bulk carrier ran aground the Island of Mauritius, causing a devastating oil spill in one of the world’s most pristine maritime environments.  Now, the island is suing the captain of that ship for his role in the damage.
