More shocking undercover videos from Planned Parenthood reveal how the abortion giant harvests the body parts of babies for profit. The latest shows a Texas-based abortionist describing how they dismember live babies during late-term abortions to avoid federal law banning partial-birth abortions.
Filmed in 2015 by David Daleiden and Sandra Merrit of the California-based Center for Medical Progress, the horrific footage has been buried for years after then-state Attorney General Kamala Harris charged both Daleiden and Merrit for violating state recording laws.
They are the first undercover reporters to be prosecuted under this law.
The charge came two weeks after Harris met with Planned Parenthood executives. Since then, a federal court order has blocked the videos from being released. However, a recent congressional subpoena has finally allowed them to be made available to the public.
