Planned Parenthood Presents New “Pastoral” Board Members

One of the largest and most notorious pro-abortion machines in the nation is worming its way into the church.  Several days before Planned Parenthood finally renounced its wretched founder Margaret Sanger, America’s largest pro-infanticide organization proudly announced last week that several pastors and clerical leaders have joined its board.  Much to the inevitable delight of abortionists, several of these religious leaders live and work in Republican-controlled states.

Planned Parenthood’s CEO Alexis McGill Johnson released a statement early last week, saying,

Access to comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care — including abortion — is supported by people of all faiths.  The Clergy Advocacy Board is a crucial part of our mission at Planned Parenthood to promote, protect and expand access to health care for all … Planned Parenthood is proud to have religious leaders of all faiths standing with us in this fight.

One of the clerics on the list, the “reverend” Ketey Zeh of North Carolina, believes her call to ministry is to advocate for the “reproductive rights” of women.  She said in an interview with Religion News Service,

As a clergyperson who discovered my call to ministry within a Planned Parenthood, it was a no-brainer….There are so few of us who are people of faith who are willing to be bold and audacious about supporting reproductive freedom because of our faith.

This development is especially egregious.  The fact that ministers of the Word of God would even consider that abortion might be virtuous is troubling enough.  These have gone so far as to partner with a heinous organization that celebrates the murder of children, and they have the audacity to call it “ministry.”  Planned Parenthood’s partnership with this group of clerics reveals an obvious truth – these “pastors” have no business shepherding the people of God or teaching the Word of God.
