Pro-life group fights to show fetal development in classroom

A video by prominent pro-life group Live Action could soon become a required part of health classes in multiple states.

The three-minute video uses what Live Action describes as “groundbreaking animation to depict life in the womb from the moment of fertilization.”

The video is largely based on information from the Endowment for Human Development – a nonprofit “committed to neutrality regarding all controversial bioethical issues.” Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, and West Virginia are considering making it, or videos like it, required viewing in public schools. It is already required in North Dakota.
