Putin admits gunmen were ‘radical Islamists,’ still insists Kyiv ordered attack

Russian President Vladimir Putin is now admitting the Moscow concert attackers were “radical Islamists” – but he still insists that Kyiv was ultimately behind the attack.

Putin also insinuated that the “neo-Nazi Kyiv regime,” in his words, ultimately benefited from the attack, for which ISIS-K claimed responsibility.

Four Tajik nationals were charged with carrying out the attack. Court officials say at least two have confessed.
