Research shows DEI programs have little to no effect on workplaces

A new study shows that DEI – which stands for diversity, equity, and inclusion – does not have any impact on work environments.

A meta-analysis study published by the National Library of Medicine synthesized 492 studies saying that DEI trainings, designed to eliminate so-called racial bias from the workplace, have little to no effect on employees. The study concluded that while people may believe in the concepts of DEI training, it often doesn’t reflect in their daily behavior.

According to conservative advocates against DEI, the meta-analysis proves that these trainings are a waste of time and money since they don’t produce the results that equity organizations like the National Equity Project claim they would.
