Trump says Democrats lie when they say crime is down

Former President Donald Trump blasted Democrats for “lying” about crime rates while at a Michigan campaign stop.

He strongly rejected the left’s claims that crime is down while pointing to federal data that shows a 43% surge in violent crimes committed under the current administration. He says that a Harris administration would deliver more chaos and destruction.

The former president also shared independent data revealing that national arrest rates are at unprecedented lows. Trump pledged to deliver “law, order, safety, and peace.”

He announced support for the death penalty for child rapists and a return to “stop and frisk” policing methods.
