Trump slams Harris, vows to ‘make America affordable again’

Former President Donald Trump vowed to “make America affordable again” yesterday at a stop in North Carolina while attacking VP Kamala Harris’ record on the economy.

The Republican presidential nominee outlined his economic agenda, including plans to lower taxes and increase domestic oil production to slash energy prices in half. He also announced a whole government effort to tackle inflation.

Trump’s rally comes as a poll this week shows voters trust Harris more with the economy than Trump by a small margin. Harris is expected to announce her economic plan tomorrow.
