UNRWA sued by Israelis for allegedly aiding Hamas

The UN’s Palestinian refugee agency, UNRWA, is again the subject of intense criticism from Israel. A new lawsuit filed by dozens of Israelis accuses the agency of aiding and abetting Hamas’s October 7th terror attack.

The suit is being brought by over 100 people who survived the attack or had relatives who were killed.

Earlier this year, UNRWA fired 10 staffers accused by Israel of taking part in October 7th. Israel also claims to have found a Hamas base underneath UNRWA’s headquarters in Gaza and has shared a video allegedly showing Hamas terrorists inside a UNRWA compound in Rafah.
