New video unearthed by the Washington Examiner shows Gov. Tim Walz praising a notorious Muslim Imam – Asad Zaman.
Zaman is known for his anti-Jewish sentiments – including promoting a film that praised Adolf Hitler. Walz spoke at an Islamic center in 2018, where he celebrated the Imam as a “master teacher.”
The Harris campaign said Walz does not “have a personal relationship” with the Imam, despite hosting him at least five times. Zaman even spoke at Walz’s inauguration as governor in 2019.
Under Walz, the state of Minnesota has reportedly donated over $100,000 to Zaman’s group, the Muslim American Society of Minnesota.
According to Fox News, federal prosecutors say the group has overt ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, which has connections to Hamas and other terror groups. The Harris campaign said, “Governor Walz strongly condemns Hamas terrorism.”
