Walz declares ‘We can’t afford four more years of this’

Democratic Vice-Presidential candidate Tim Walz campaigned in Pennsylvania last week, but Republicans are questioning which candidate he was promoting.

The Minnesota governor’s speech at a Saturday rally touched on many liberal talking points, including the need for abortion and gun restrictions. But at one point, he said the U.S. could not “afford four more years of this.”

The meaning of the comment was unclear. He’s faced heavy criticism for parroting the Trump attack line, including from British newscaster Rita Panahi.

A Trump campaign account also posted the video to X with the caption, “Walz finally tells the truth.”
